Shipping
We are pleased to offer free shipping on select items for orders over $99! Standard orders will ship via USPS. For orders 20lbs or less there may be the option to ship USPS Ground shipping. We also offer Fedex Home Delivery (Ground) and expedited shipping options. Rates will vary depending on the product weight/dimensions and shipping address. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the FedEx, USPS, or applicable carrier tracking number(s) of your package(s).
The following orders will have an additional shipping charge which will populate in the cart upon checkout:
- LTL freight shipments (large/heavy, palletized, prone to damage)
- Oversized or high weight/high quantity orders
- Non-stock orders
- Shipments to these states (subject to change without notice): Hawaii & Alaska.
Returns
Not the perfect fit? No sweat – we’ll help make it right. At SquarePeg, we stand behind what we deliver to you. If there is an issue with your shipment, we offer free returns. Please note if your order was delivered via FedEx there will be a return label in the package. For USPS returns, please contact us by phone, email, or chat to request a return label for your package.
All returns must be in new/unused condition and received within 30 days of purchase. Buyer will not be refunded for shipment charges which require additional surcharges for any reason listed above as an exception to free shipping. Buyer may be responsible for all freight charges. Credit will not be granted after 60 days of receipt. Refunds will be made to the original payment method for the order.
Sourced or custom orders are final sale and we do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds, or credits. Non-stock items will be subject to prior authorization for return.
Return Details
- Re-pack the item(s) to be returned AND the packing list in the original box (if available).
- Please place your prepaid return label (provided in your package or by request) on the outside of the box. If you cannot locate your prepaid label, please email contact@squarepegsupply.com, call 855-455-8446, or chat with us via our website.
Drop Off Details
Fedex Returns - You may drop the package at any FedEx Ship Center or participating Walgreens Pharmacy: www.fedex.com/en-us/shipping/onsite/walgreens-package-pickup.html *Please contact customer support to arrange freigh (palletized) returns.
USPS Returns - You may drop your package at any USPS Post Office or any Collection Box near you. Find a location near you https://tools.usps.com/locations/home.htm
PTAC Unit Returns
- Eligibility – Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with pallet. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt.
- Return Authorization (RA) Required – Contact us at 855-455-8446 or contact@squarepegsupply.com for an RA number. Returns without an RA cannot be processed.
- Fees & Shipping – Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and freight charges are non-refundable.
- Exceptions – If your situation falls outside these guidelines, reach out to discuss possible solutions.
Cancellations
Cancellations may be made prior to shipping. To cancel, please contact us using the Contact Us page, call customer support at (855) 455-8446, or use the website chat option. Any cancellations requested after the item has shipped will be declined and the order will be subject to the returns policy. Sourced or custom orders are final sale and we do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds, or credits. Non-stock items will be subject to prior authorization for return.
